We do not offer services to campaigns related to Banking Sector, Mobility, Energy, Billing, Dish TV, or IPTV or any other non-legitimate campaigns(only Truck Dispatch). If detected, the account will be terminated immediately without notice and without refund.

Norxz Solutions – Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement toTerm

By using Norxz services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined here. you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Tool Blockage

If any tools (Dispatch tools and E-commerce Tools, like, Load Boards, Dialers, Data Extraction, VPN, RDP, etc.) are blocked, a replacement will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Refund Policy

If a replacement tool is unavailable, 70% of the remaining days or will be processed on pro-rata basis. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.Users who violate the Terms and Conditions are not eligible for refund

4. No Sales, Marketing, or Messaging

Sending sales pitches, promotional content, unsolicited offers, or any form of messaging through Norxz dialers is strictly prohibited.Violations will result in account deletion without a refund

5. Payment Gateway Verification

For payments via Zelle, Cash App, ACH Transfer, Stripe, or PayPal, an invoice with Carrier Company details and a CNIC picture is required for verification. If payment is from Personal account Need w9 and Mc Letter .Others payment will be not processed or refund .Only Dispatch-related pay

Payment will be delivered within 24 hours during workings days. In case of any USA Holidays payment will be delivered very next day

6. Monitoring and Compliance

We reserve the right to monitor your call recordings to verify usage and compliance. If you do not agree, we cannot offer you any dialer. Please find an alternative provider.

7.Account Suspension

Your account may be suspended without prior notice for:

Sending sales/spam messages
Collecting sensitive data
Using auto-dialers
Any policy violation
Spam or robocalls
Misleading or fraudulent messages
Any unlawful activity
Be permanently banned
Receive no refund
Be ineligible for future service
Credit/debit card numbers
Social Security Numbers (SSNs)
Bank account details
Usernames, passwords, or any login credentials
Any personally identifiable information (PII)
Violations will lead to immediate termination without refund

8.LLC Creation Agreement

After registering an LLC, we are not responsible for issuing refunds under any circumstances.

9. Fair Usage Policy
